I recently signed on here at Indie 101.5 and am hosting the brand new music program "The Spin" every Thursday night from 8-10 PM.
My history with radio started in high school in Boston when I interned at WBOS during my senior year. When I came out to Colorado for college I started getting down with the guys at 1190 who were doing Basementalism and started off there writing the playlist and reading it on the air. Soon everyone graduated and I was in charge of hosting duties, and I had so much fun doing it that I continued hosting the program until well after I graduated, partially by choice and partially because all the incoming freshman just wanted to spin records and were reluctant to get on the microphones. After a couple of other brief stints at other stations in town I've finally found a home here at Indie 101.5 and I'm thrilled to be the guy in charge of debuting new music every Thursday.
