Hi, I'm Ralphie.
The name comes from the CU buffalo that runs on the field during football games. I studied film when I was in school, but never really liked movies (I know, makes no sense right?), so following college I decided to continue my career with music, which is my true passion.
I've been in radio for almost 10 years now, starting when I was 15 years old. I've been with a few different stations both in my hometown of Albuquerque, and my new home since moving here for college, right here in the three oh third. The music I played on those other stations was NOT what I listened to when I was off the clock, but rather music that fit their formats. The music here at Indie 101.5 is the same that I listen to at home and in the car, AND I get to throw on requests, and play tracks from my personal collection!
I try to see at least 3 or 4 shows a week, and it's usually artists that are very cutting edge and new, genre bending, or just music that makes me want to party!
